Good morning everyone - welcome to Wednesday. We start the day with stock futures showing a modest downside bias. The S&Ps are 7 points below fair value. Futures on the Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA) are suggesting an opening drop of 60 points. Gold is up 5.90.

The headlines are somewhat dreary as we have a warning from Deutsche Bank (DB). Citigroup Inc (C) and Morgan Stanley (MS) are in the news again for the much expected brokerage joint venture. Meanwhile, Yahoo (YHOO) confirmed it has hired a new CEO, but word of that hit the wires yesterday afternoon.
