We head into the second half of the session with the market drifting lower...

The S&P 500 (SPX) is near its lows of the day but the overall loss is still relatively moderate at -0.68 percent. The SPDR Homebuilders (XHB), Dow Jones Transport Index (.TRAN), and Regional Bank HOLDRS (RKH) are now the weakest areas as most groups now trade lower.
